Acceptance and production of alloy steel bar heat treatment furnace|Nangang Group Special Steel Finishing Plant

Ares Industrial Furnace is the second multifunctional heat treatment furnace with roller bottom protective atmosphere for alloy steel bars built by Nanjing Iron and Steel Group, which has passed the examination and test, and has been accepted and put into production recently. This production line can be used for:

• Normalizing and tempering heat treatment of alloy steel;

The heat treatment line is equipped with an automatic paving mechanism for the first time, liberating labor and improving automation level; At the same time, it is equipped with a digital twin intelligent system for industrial furnaces, which has taken another big step towards the intelligent development of the industrial furnace industry.
