Whether the design and use of the guide device is reasonable or not will directly affect the quality of the rolled products and the production capacity of the rolling mill. Although the pass design is reasonable, if the guide device is not designed or used properly, it will not be able to produce qualified finished products. A good design and speed regulation of the guide device can also make up for the deficiency of the pass design.
