Guangxi Liugang Zhongjin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. plans to construct a steelmaking system project for the safety, energy conservation, carbon reduction, and environmental protection technology transformation project of the old area of Zhongjin Company. The project is located in the Bobai Longtan Industrial Park in Yulin, Guangxi.

Fill in and supplement the equipment of the smelting workshop and upgrade and transform the supporting facilities:

Dismantle the existing 600t mixed iron furnace and build a new set of 50t alloy melting furnace (two electric and three furnaces); Upgrade and renovate the existing 3 sets of AOD refining furnace equipment, build 1 new 60tLF refining furnace, 1 new two machine two strand slab continuous casting machine, and renovate the existing 60tLF refining furnace. Reserve 2 sets of single station VOD refining furnaces and supporting steel ladle cold and hot repairs, as well as supporting public and auxiliary facilities. After the project is completed, it can achieve an annual production of 1.2 million tons of stainless steel.
